Liquid ring pumps require the use of sealants to operate. This sealant can be water, oil, or any other type of solvent. The pump consists of an impeller that is stored within the casing, rotating the sealant to form air seals. These air seals create compression chambers that trap the air entering through the inlet port. For this reason, liquid ring pumps can be distinguished from other pumps due to their ability to be used as a gas compressor as well.

L-BL2
This model is a portable version. They are oil-free and air-cooled. In addition to the pump, the set includes an industrial electric motor, discharge separator, seal water cooler, and discharge air cooler. It is incredibly easy to use and does not require installation teams. You simply need to connect the suction line and motor and then fill the water tank.
L-BL2 Frame Mounted Units
These are much larger pumps that are not portable. It combines the L-BL2 pump with G-BH1 side channel blowers, which are mounted on a frame. There is also a frequency converter, allowing you to change the speed type of the blower. This pump is designed to require very little or no additional water after start-up thanks to its condensate collection system.
L-BL2 Split Design
This is the most heavy-duty model, capable of working with very high volumes of air. It is mounted on a steel plate and is most suitable for applications involving aggressive suction materials, especially in the food and beverage industry. You can get this model in an entirely stainless steel construction.
